Nack Studios designed the corporate office interiors for PRA Law Firm, delivering a refined, professional workspace tailored to the operational and confidentiality requirements of a modern legal practice.
The objective was to create an office environment that reflects the firm’s professional identity, credibility, and attention to detail, while enhancing daily productivity and client experience.
Design Philosophy
The design strategy was anchored in three core principles: professionalism, elegance, and functionality. Recognising the unique demands of a law firm, the interiors were planned to support:
- Focused individual work
- Confidential discussions and meetings
- Clear separation between client-facing and internal zones
The overall aesthetic was kept understated and timeless, reinforcing trust and authority rather than visual excess.
Spatial Planning & Workplace Strategy
The layout balances collaboration with privacy, ensuring the office functions efficiently across different modes of work.
- Reception & Waiting Area: A composed, welcoming entry designed to create a strong first impression, subtly integrating the firm’s brand language while maintaining a calm, professional tone.
- Open Work Areas & Private Offices: A thoughtful mix of open workstations for teamwork and enclosed offices for confidential legal work, designed with ergonomic furniture and controlled lighting for comfort and productivity.
- Meeting & Conference Rooms: Dedicated spaces equipped for both in-person and virtual meetings, supporting client consultations, internal discussions, and remote collaboration.
- Breakout & Lounge Areas: Informal zones designed to provide brief respite and encourage internal interaction without disrupting focused work environments.
Materials, Finishes & Detailing
The material palette was selected to convey durability, sophistication, and permanence, qualities closely associated with the legal profession. High-quality wood finishes, textured upholstery, and refined metal accents were used to create a cohesive, professional interior language that will age gracefully over time.
Sustainability & Workplace Comfort
Sustainability considerations were integrated through energy-efficient lighting, environmentally responsible materials, and smart climate control systems. These measures help reduce operational impact while ensuring a comfortable, healthy workspace for long working hours.
