Nack Studios designed a bespoke luxury private residence in Noida, envisioned as a refined, contemporary home tailored to the lifestyle and aspirations of its owners. The project reflects a careful balance of elegant aesthetics, spatial harmony, and functional luxury, resulting in a residence that feels both grand and deeply personal.
Designed for discerning homeowners, this residence exemplifies Nack Studios’ approach to high-end residential interior design, where every detail is intentional and every space serves a purpose.
Design Philosophy
The design concept was rooted in creating a timeless yet contemporary luxury home, blending modern design sensibilities with warmth and comfort. The focus was on:
- Seamless spatial flow across living areas
- A restrained yet rich material palette
- Thoughtful layering of textures, lighting, and finishes
Rather than relying on visual excess, the design emphasises quiet luxury, allowing materials, proportions, and detailing to define the experience of the space.
Spatial Planning & Living Experience
The residence was planned to support both everyday living and large social gatherings, with a clear distinction between private and public zones.
- Grand Entrance & Lobby: A formal arrival space designed to set the tone for the home, featuring custom detailing, curated artwork, and refined finishes.
- Living & Dining Areas: Open-plan spaces designed for entertaining, enhanced by expansive windows that maximise natural light and create a strong indoor–outdoor connection.
- Master Suite: A private retreat designed as a sanctuary, incorporating a spacious bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and a spa-inspired bathroom focused on comfort and privacy.
- Kitchen Design: A premium kitchen layout combining functionality with elegance, featuring high-quality appliances, custom cabinetry, and durable luxury finishes suited for daily use and hosting.
Outdoor & Recreational Spaces
The design extends beyond interiors into thoughtfully planned outdoor living areas. Landscaped gardens, terraces, and a pool-facing zone were designed to create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering areas for relaxation, entertainment, and quiet retreat.
Materials, Finishes & Detailing
Material selection played a central role in defining the luxury character of the residence. The palette includes:
