Nack Studios led and executed the corporate office interior for Manipal Education and Medical Group at Kailash Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi. The project focused on creating a professional, efficient, and future-ready workspace that reflects the organisation’s institutional credibility while supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Located in one of Delhi’s most prominent commercial districts, the office required a design approach that balanced functional planning, space efficiency, and refined corporate aesthetics.
Design Intent
The primary intent was to design a workspace that communicates authority, clarity, and professionalism, without excess ornamentation. The office was envisioned as a calm, structured environment that supports leadership functions, collaborative work, and administrative efficiency.
Every element was designed to serve a purpose, prioritising usability, comfort, and long-term adaptability.
Space Planning & Workplace Efficiency
A strong emphasis was placed on optimal space utilisation, ensuring smooth circulation and clearly defined work zones. The layout was planned to support:
- Leadership and executive functions
- Team collaboration and focused work
- Meeting and discussion spaces
- Efficient staff movement and workflow
Careful zoning helped maintain privacy where required, while allowing openness and accessibility across the workspace.
Professional Aesthetics & Material Palette
The interior language was kept clean, neutral, and contemporary, aligning with the corporate identity of a large education and medical group. Material selection and finishes were chosen to convey permanence and professionalism, while maintaining visual comfort for daily use.
Lighting was planned to enhance productivity and reduce visual fatigue, supporting long working hours without compromising on ambience.
